Hi fishes,
Please suggest what should I choose from following:
Mindtree -> 24 LPA (Following up every week if I am joining or not)
R Systems International -> 25 LPA (Current company, trying to retain, very good hold on project and good relations with manager)
CCTC->18 LPA

Cont. Seems like a place I could learn at ( practicing for close to 4 years in similar area). Am I fool for taking such a steep cut, given covid?
No. Go for it! If the work culture is great and you enjoy your job, than it was worth it. Plus, as you said, you are not married to the job, you can always find something else should it not be the perfect fit. Good luck!
