Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

I have been at my firm 1.5 years and still don’t fit in. Sometimes it’s not you it’s them, but also keep in mind it’s a stressful time of year and it will be better after
Been here almost 2 years and still feel that way. I don’t fit in and was really stressed because office politics. I’ve been focusing on what I need from this job and what makes me happy, and that not only helped with stress but also miraculously people actually seem to like me more?!
My advice is to question whether you will get something out of the experience. If you will, focus on that (even though it’s hard). If you won’t, get out - sometimes people just don’t fit in certain environments, and it’s not you.
That’s how I felt too. It took me more than 6 months to get use to my coworkers and the new career. I heard it’s normal
I think we are our own worst critics. I felt like this my whole first year (as if I wasn’t good enough) and I almost left the firm after my first year, and then had a wake up call when one of my managers seemed genuinely sad to hear me leaving. So I ended up staying and have now never had those thoughts again. Hang in there until at least 6 months to a year and see how you feel then. Sometimes it just takes time to get into the groove of things.
I’m in the same boat. Totally different work style.
Thanks for all the advice
Great advice, thank you
I tend to overthink everything which is what your doing. Relax, take a deep breathe and don’t over think it, be yourself and you will be fine. This company hired you to be yourself!
What specifically do you think is preventing you from fitting in? Work styles, technical skills or personalities?
