What are the DEI strategies/initiatives seen in the organization while hiring? How one can achieve that? What are the measures?

I joined as a vendor resource before joining i had a word with them that i will get permanent role so can I ask more salary at that time If yes then how much they can hike ( i am looking for double as my salary is too low).If no then can I resign.

Need advice:
I have been in my current role less than a year and got approached by a recruiter for an opportunity that is 35% increase in pay for the same work I am doing. It will be a lateral move.

Two weeks ago I expressed interest to move up to SA level, my director was happy to do it as she is putting out four more roles in her team. Problem is there is a one year clause that says you can’t promote prior to one year. She is working with the HRBP to override it. (Cont’d in comments)

Currently looking for a new role and had a conversation with a recruiter today. This is the first real job hunting convo I’ve had this time around and she asked why I was looking for something new, and I realized I haven’t had to articulate it professionally yet. The real reason: I got so burnt out past the point of recovery and I’m fucking sick of the toxic work culture and people I’ve put up with for the past 3 years. SO beyond frustrated with my work environment I think it may be time to leave for good. I returned from maternity leave after 4 years of working at my very old-school, boys club, nepotism-friendly company. The number of remarks I got on my appearance, my pregnancy and etc was a little annoying before I left, but since I've come back it's been nothing but comments on how they can't believe I'm leaving my husband home with the baby etc. Sorry for the long post just needed to vent!!

So I'm at an agency and 80%+ of my time is new business. Pitch, win, set-up/semi-service until we get hires, move on to next pitch etc. (w/ fair share of losses too, of course). But I'm burned out. And while I'm valued, I don't see a return on my investments: personal time, my heart (I'm all in) and professional development. I get rewarded with small spot bonuses sometimes, but not a commission. So do I try to pivot to a real bus dev position? I feel confident I could. Anyone seen this done?
