Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

When I work that much, I don’t go in. If that’s an option for you it frees up so much time.
When I need to add hours, I cut evening time with kids short and work late into the night. Can’t exactly create more time.
Agree w/ commute times eating into ability to bill more. My commute is 40 minutes each way and I’ve found that I’m much more productive at home because I haven’t been drained by a commute and I don’t have coworkers interrupting me. I have a 14 month old and am a single mom, so of course my son is in daycare and some days my best friend will pick him up and help watch him. It’s harder with littles for sure, but not impossible
If you must go in for some part of the day, try to schedule the commute during low traffic hours. I have worked these hours for seasons in the past and worked after bedtime from 7:30 on, as well as weekends. The weekends were easier as I could start earlier in the morning and work uninterrupted as long as my spouse was available.
Take calls during your commute, have a jr associate on the call with you to take notes.
