What are easy corporate jobs to get without a degree? My brother has been out of work for quite some time.

In engineering? Probably not any. But he could start at the ground up in a corporation at an entry level customer service representative position, or an administrative assistant position, maybe something in shipping and receiving would also be a great opportunity for him. Everyone has to start somewhere right. Good luck to your brother!

You might be able to find an entry level job as like a drafter or something but without an engineering degree in an engineering field, good luck.

Pretty hard

Would you say being a partner is more demanding than being an industry exec?

I am currently in Wipro having CTC as 7.8 LPA.. I have got an offer from TCS which is 11LPA.However, my Basic Pay/Fixed compensation is getting reduced from my current base pay in the new offer and also the HRA is getting reduced. The HR is telling that the basic is fixed as per policy and they cannot change it. The base pay is less but there are several other components which are higher. Should I take up the new offer? Please help. Will the reduction in base pay impact my career?

What are the best and worst career decisions you’ve ever made? 💡

Just out of curiosity, have you ever started a new job and thought what the hell am I getting myself into?!?
If it was the wrong fit how long did you grin and bear it? 6 months / 1 year / longer?
Did it get better with time or worse? (For instance just a case of lack of know-how)
If you left did you find securing a new job difficult due to only being there for so little time?

Lots of interconnections and similarities but also nuanced differences that I can see specific for software development.

Any solid articles or resources taking these concepts and applying to operational excellence other than kaizen?

I'm not good at my tech stack. I've somehow managed to perform all my tasks without any escalation/blunders but that also by some help/googling.
I also managed to switch from an Indian mnc to a reputed company and now also somehow cleared a FAANG interview, but i know I'm not much knowledgeable in my tech .

I often fail at some interviews badly.
Not sure till when I'll be able to carry forward by this and the hard wlb at FAANG companies is giving me a fear.

Anyone have slow months where you burn through a lot of your allotted pro bono/professional development hours to keep hitting minimum daily hours? The past few weeks have been like this for me. Should I be concerned (I.e., will this reflect poorly on me, come review time? Will I have dug myself too much of a hole if I keep burning my non-billable hours?) I’ve been asking partners if I can assist in any projects so I can fill my plate, but I’ve only gotten small (4-6 hour) tasks handed my way.
