When will be the retention bonus will be paid if a candidate joined TCS in the middle of the financial year. I.e September'22... Will that be paid on next year's September'23 Month only after completing an year in TCS?
And will the Retention bonus will also be considered as taxable income of the the current year taxes(2022-23)?
Looking for valuable suggestions!!!

There are way too many staff and not enough seniors.
Breh I've been having 10-20 chargeable hours for the past 1-2 months.. I'm getting so much heat but there's literally no work. I cc managers,seniors,counselor and reach out to different regions. When they have work it's 3 hours max... And they still blaming me.idk wtf to do...
I'm in the same boat.
I'm at the point where if they let me go bec my utilization is low I'll just go to another B4

Yep, I completely agree. It's completely out of our control. We can't as staff or seniors go out and generate new work. We only get the cards dealt to us.
Management always finds someone to blame. F them. We all will be able to find a good job if fired anyway.

Not the case here. Staff to senior ratio is jacked up and we could use several more staff.

I'm finishing my first year and literally have full utilization even during summertime... I think that if you clique with your team, show that you're really trying and produce quality work that the manager will keep you on all his jobs. That's just my personal experience.

KPMG1 is right. A project has to actually be going on (I can't tell you how many times there are long delays because someone or another has to approve/sign the engagement letter), and the project needs someone of your level, skill set, and availability.
