I'll go first - They start bragging or talking about how "I'm a leader."Using the phrase "I'm a leader, not a follower." My favorite has to be when they refuse to help out on the smaller tasks because their "leader tasks are way too important". It's kinda fun to watch it blow up in their face afterwards.

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. My remit quadrupled+ in a recent re-org with no increase in pay/promotion, my new director is new to the company and was zero help, and I was passed over for recent promotion during the comp cycle. The new director essentially began shutting me down any time I ask for clarity in my career progression.
