I’d want to understand 3 things - the agency health, the culture, and the work. For agency health - where is growth coming from? Organic growth of existing clients? New business? Any recent losses? Nature of work (project based vs AOR, traditional vs digital). For culture - what do they like most about the agency? What would they change? How would they compare to other places they’ve worked? For work... what work are they most proud of recently? How does work get sold in? What role does management play in creative decisions? How would they advise you?
Holy shit, thanks!!!
