Planning Directors: market and salary?
Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks
Any documents supporting agile promotion ?

This won’t be an actual answer to your question but why don’t you just ask the few partners who are pushing you in that direction? Clearly you are having candid discussions so it wouldn’t be out of bounds.
I have and even the ones sponsoring me give broad generalizations and claim as PP they don't know the ED comp as well
They claim the promotion commitment is reinforced by being allowed to be engagement partner year one
I would also ask what % of people ever actually transition from ED to PP in that timeframe... I haven't seen it.
As a counterpoint, I have seen it happen. I think it’s rare because typically EDs are EDs for a reason: either they are too old for Partner to make sense due to the vesting time, or they just aren’t good at sales and BD.
Any insights on the pay and bonus?
