I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.

BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

Bain & Company Hello, I received an offer as a Senior Practice Manager at Bain. The profit sharing range is 0-12% in the offer letter. Is it typical to receive the midpoint (6%)? Also, what do the annual salary increases typically look like? Any insights are much appreciated. Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group McKinsey & Company
McKinsey & Company Hi everyone. Hope all is well.
Recently took the McKinsey & Company game (not sure if I have an interview yet but preparing nonetheless). It’s an entry level business analyst position and an entry level digital position and was wondering if anyone wanted to case prep with me. I’m willing to work on anyones time zone. (I’m located in Sydney, Australia).

Honestly, every story is so different that its hard to generalize. What I have heard is that it’s a hard sell for ACN to switch to MBBs (also know it’s true for some folks that literally said this). However have seen people who have made that transition after either a summer intern with ACN and FT with MBB or a direct experience hiring after some moderate experience at ACN (longer the harder).

I left ACN Strategy as a M and joined McK as an EM, it’s going well so far. Just apply and be ready to tell your story and what experience you’d bring.
Go to bschool and switch. That’s exactly what I did and it’s easy plus you get a great 2 years . You’ll come into MBB as a consultant
