I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Chase sapphire reserve all the way
Second
I’ve made the Sapphire Reserve annual fee worth it by getting a bunch of the ultimate rewards cards (Freedom, freedom unlimited, flex) and combining the points onto the sapphire reserve (because they’re worth the most there). The others are 0 annual fee and have different rewards structures that can maximize the points you earn. Also - you can get a signing bonus for each of them.
This is the correct answer.
Amex Gold, especially now that you’re likely not using the lounge benefits or spending much on travel. Most of my spend is groceries and restaurants, so it’s perfect for me. I also get a $100 annual fee credit through the Corporate Advantage Program. If your firm participates, it becomes a no brainer.
I really really love my Amex platinum. Amex takes such good care of their customers
100%. AMEX customer service is fantastic.
Worth it by far if you’re travelling for work. Less likely in covid times
I’ve got about $2,000 worth of value from my CSR between the sign up bonus, the travel credit that can be used toward food now, the doordash credit, and using the ‘Pay Yourself Back’ feature.
I have both but able to get the most out of both
If you have a Fidelity savings/investment account, the Fidelity Visa card
CSR if you just want one card. You can EASILY earn back that $550 fee each year.
If you want to be serious about points, get the CSR and the Amex Gold. Use the Gold for groceries and the CSR for everything else.
