Hi everyone Google ,
I am facing interview trouble.
1. First round of interview has done
2. 2nd was scheduled on 1 july but interviewer did not join. After a few mails to hr and recruitment team one hr replied that they will reschedule it, and asked me for possible dates.
Since then i am waiting for the interview schedule as all of my given dates have been passed. I don't know how to deal with it as I don't want to miss the opportunity.

Any Tableau SEs able to share some insights?
I have two years of automotive/aerospace manufacturing experience and am looking for new opportunities. I recently applied to a Solution Engineer - Commercial Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy (MAE) role at Salesforce, and it sounds like a great fit. Is anyone willing to offer me a referral or advice on how to move forward in the hiring process? Salesforce
Hi there. Ex Deloitte Sr Mgr here, currently in tech pre sales (SaaS / MarTech). Recently spoke to both Salesforce and Adobe recruiters for roles that I thought were lateral moves (Sr SA / Sr SC), therefore I did not proceed with the selection process. The recruiters from both companies told me they typically hire at that level, and people are considered for promotion to Principal in 1 to 2 years. I found that odd. Is that right? What’s the typical TC for SAs and SCs there? (15+ yrs exp).

I'm honest...I appreciate when people are candid with me so I assume others will appreciate it as well. I usually tell them that I'm frankly a bit impatient with my coworkers sometimes and can get annoyed when I have to repeat myself. It's never come back to bite me and when my impatience comes up at work they can tell me bluntly "you're being impatient" because they know I'm already aware it can be an issue for me.
I feel like these questions are asked to see how “aware” you are of things you want to improve upon. It doesn’t mean that you talk about things that you suck at. Talk about a time when you noticed a mistake or received constructive feedback. Shift the focus on what you did to collect more data, what you did to improve and most importantly, how you measured that success. They ask that question to see if you’re an intellectually curious life long learner, or an entitled individual who has no flaws.
