When you go on vacation how is work handled? Does someone step in to fill in for you? If so, who? My boss is quick to step in for me when I’m out which is appreciated from time to time. I do the same for my staff. How’s that handled in your organization?

I have 13 yoe . I am working with a global Bank for past 9 years . My current CTC is about 18 LPA which is bit on lower consider side considering existing market conditions. At my experience level , CTC should be around 30 LPA or more . I am getting offers however HR speaks only about 30% hike over CTC . How can I correct my CTC as per market.
