And where do you work, Analyst?
Big 4 pay well and recruit aggressively at all T25 programs...if your goal is to do consulting, why not? Also, T2s tend to hire in smaller numbers than B4

Deloitte, for one, pays 2nd year tuition for returning interns. It’s enticing to some.
Mmm strategy& is legit T2. I don’t know many who pick Deloitte, EYP, KPMG, Accenture over T2
Lol it’s laughable to put eyp in that list, especially with the latter two.
EYP is a solid T2.
What are you defining as t2?

Don’t group Deloitte with the other 2
Then to answer your question, S& is the closest thing to MBB with project variety and arguably work quality. So why not?

In addition to it being a numbers game, some T2s have a preference for people with specific experiences pre-MBA which can make them more likely to land the more limited spots at smaller T2s versus some of the generalists out of MBA. For example, Kearney with those with ops or logistics experience pre-MBA with F500 or A&M (excl. industry groups) with those with heavy financial or accounting experience pre-MBAs.

Why wouldn’t they?
Mostly size of hiring numbers. Kearney, OW and other tier 2s are much smaller than (and thus hire much less than) big 4 and accenture.
