Why people or rather I would say girls parents or family members looks for high status family, boy's parent properties, boy's parents jobs etc

Even though they like the boy and his job, earning well, bought flat in metro city from his won money etc
Why they don't believe in boy's potential to do well in future or once married we can build great future together.

Struggling with a friendship that has become toxic & fills me with anxiety. various factors have caused us to drift but it feels like nothing I say or do now is right. Hello, which is more beneficial Master’s in Human Resources or PHR Certification?

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I know I can essentially get any sales job I want in finance IE: financial advisor etc. but don’t want to be stuck in sales forever. Any advice?
