Will Accenture consider me for a SM role if I’m in a SC role currently at Deloitte? YOE requirements are different at the two, so I’m curious if they’ll take that into consideration.

Context: I did 4 YOE at Accenture, then switched over to Deloitte as a SC and have done 2.5 years here leading teams

Uhhh what do you think?

Manager maybe

I have seen an SC from Deloitte land in ACN as a SM

likefunny

Not a chance. M would be highest but I don’t work at ACN. Aren’t SM roles comparable at both?

You better tell them you’re a M lol that’s the only way

Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?
