Would leaving Deloitte (TCII) for a senior level role at Grant Thornton be a bad idea if I’m up for senior in the upcoming cycle?

Has anyone had any experience interviewing with Meta for any Administrative Partner roles? I have a interview Tuesday from 1pm to 3:15pm with 4 leaders. Each leader gets 30 mins. I am nervous. I am very confident of what I am bringing to the table. It’s a remote position and I know the job market for EA is flooding. Does anyone have any pointers? What’s the work life balance like? How did your interview go? What are some red flags to look for? How long was your process?

Why does no one discuss the real elephant that’s in the room? Most people hired in tech the last few years weren’t qualified. A few years of woke friends hiring woke friends lead us here. The positions that are getting laid off are mostly admin/recruiter related (jobs with transferable skills most people can do). It’s not the end of the world, people will find other jobs. Just no more made up titles making 6 figures at home watching Netflix (good thing).

Is it common to not have a process workflow for services your agency sells? While EY is a great firm and the partners are amazing and all experiences of Big4 and it's resources, MNP has this charm of a Canadian firm and great culture.
