Recruiter for big tech company reached out on LinkedIn about a role. I asked about ballpark compensation numbers and they said they’re only comfortable sharing on a live call. Replied that I often receive LinkedIn offers for roles of paycuts around 30-50% so I want to make sure we’re in the same rough range. Recruiter again said she would only share via live call. Is this a red flag?

Best consulting firms for work-life balance? I know consulting is chaotic in nature, but just curious to see which ones are the best in dealing with this?

What can I do outside the office to boost my resume and be a substantially more attractive candidate for top consulting firms in ~12 months time.
