Hi folks,
I've got an offer from Netcracker recently.
Based on the salary discussion, HR released the offer with 2Lakh less as promised and now telling me over and over again that they will revice it near the joining date and this is the process they follow for every candidate so that they don't go and shop in the market.Do you think I should trust them as they haven't given me anything in written but keeps on promising me over phone calls that closer to my joining date they will revise the offer.

I sincerely hope by then the 40-hour 5 day work week is a figment of history. 32 hours would be amazing. 3 day weekends seem more balanced than 2 day weekends ever would.
I'd also like to see less service industry people being forced to work days they don't want to. Holidays mostly. No one wants to go into work on Black Friday so you can come in for your sales. None of those service workers see the money from those sales The CEOs and other executive members do.
Corporate culture as we currently know it needs to go away or change fast.
I think there will be better maternity benefits like moms being able to have separate breaks for breastfeeding. I can see there being "mental health days" in addition to sick days and PTO. Employees will have more leverage.
