I am an older professional in a very toxic work environment. It was validated this week when an employee came to me in tears because our manager hammered her, which I experience it as well. I have a MBA, Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certifications, 28 years in IT Internal Controls, Risk Management, Change Management and Project Implementations Implementations. I need advice on how do I get real attention to be hired in a new company. Is my age a black mark?

My wife needs the job urgently preferably remote, her current company is a European company and they are starting a layoff process under which they asked her to go in a garden leave and try to find an internal role if possible or external whichever works....as her role is closing...pls help....She has 6+ yrs experience in Data and presentation, she is very good communication skills and she is a MBA finance and Six sigma green belt....pls do let me know incase someone can help....DM me pls
