Hotel double charged me, called hotel - Fail. Called SPG - Fail. Should I call AMEX and dispute?

EY's new expense policy means no one (not even frequent travelers) can reimburse Pre Check or Global Entry... used to be part of Platinum AMEX... such nonsense.

SPG Amex offers 2x points / dollar at Marriott hotels now. It's better than using CSR because 1 SPG point = 3 Marriott points = 3 Chase Ultimate Rewards points
