I have a technical interview with Accenture for an ‘Operational Risk Consultant’ position. Any insights into what I can expect and how I can best prepare? Thanks.

Any advice for someone in industry that is interviewing for a senior consultant position? How does one relate or what strengths do I need to show?

Just wanted to know after how much of an experience as a Consultant is considered good enough to switch to another. Currently I am part of the Tech risk team and completed an year. What should I expect as part of the interview process if I try?

L.E.K. might have taken a good step to restart a referral bonus. ZS already gives the “referral bonus” if we refer somebody ‘that we directly know’, and if that person “makes it through all interviews and gets hired by ZS”. How could a seasoned L.E.K. consultant refer somebody to the firm without knowing well? Is the “referral bonus” really high, that everyone is racing for handing out referrals, like “throwing the hook to see if we catch any big fish”? Or is it due to “severe understaffing”?

I’m 30yo, I have 2 years of academic research after master in AI and robotics, 1.5 years in operations in StreetView and almost 4 years in Google Cloud as a consultant (L4).
I would like to change company to accelerate my career progression and was considering applying for McKinsey or BCG. Any advise for which role should apply for and/or alternatives?

I gave an interview in Accenture for Procurement Senior Consultant Role and the recruiter confirmed I have not been selected in the third round of interview. Two questions from here:

1. After how long I elligible to reapply?
2. My job progress on EAF Portal on accenture's India Job Portal is stuck at Interview pending stage from last 50 days. Does this mean I might be contacted again by the recruiter for any suitable role.

Had a recruiter from McKinsey reach out to me about scheduling an interview in the next couple of months. The role would be for a BA, I just made consultant at Accenture (just under 2 YOE) and have great leadership support and network. There are a lot of variables to this decision, but if I were to get an offer is it worth it?

Any Accenture folks willing to share their experience with the skills interview? I have one next week and would love any advice you can provide. Recruiter specified this is a functional consultant role (not strategy), so I shouldn't anticipate a case study. Should I just assume this is a discussion on supply chain related skills and experience? Thanks!

Can someone tell me about the “Business Analyst” role at EY? Where I come from analysts and consultants are different animals. I’m a consultant now, but was actively recruited for a “position” at EY. After the initial convo I received an invitation for a formal interview for a business analyst position… Which in my mind is a step down from consultant. Any insight? Also, what’s the culture over there? Weekly hours? Management? It’s flattering that one of the Big4 is after me but is it worth it..

1) Case - will this be tech focused or random case interview? Is it similar to McK interview?

2) Behavioral - Typically how many questions per interview? Do they Grill and ask lot of followups? Appreciate a couple of examples
