Best books to study for case-study interviews? Or methods people have used? Coming from the consulting industry already but not a pure strategy role so need to catch up to speed fast

Offered a Sr Analyst role at a small tech consulting firm (300-400 staff) in Downtown Toronto. What should I expect in terms of compensation? I'm coming from government in a SrBA position with a salary (70-90k) over the last 4 yrs, so I really have no idea what's industry average.

Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad. Pretty jaded. What can I do? Already followed up

I have an informational interview with a director of a consulting firm. I’m currently in banking. It’s just been 6 months at this job for me. It’s too slow for me. Also, does title matter that much in IA? I’m a manager now, but based on job descriptions it looks like I might have to go for a senior auditor role because audit manager roles generally call for 8+ years from what I’m seeing. Can title be negotiated?

Can anyone share the mapping of levels to Proserve? I am a Senior Manager at Deloitte and recruiter just called me for a senior advisory consultant role but that feels like 2 levels back at least from a Deloitte perspective.
