I work at a small agency. I asked for a raise and was told you can get one in a few months if you do X,Y,Z but also keep in mind you make (on the low end of) what your position should make.

My question is—I wear many hats within my agency because we’re small and growing—So while I may be an art director, when needed I’m also a PA, or a production designer etc... SO shouldn’t my salary reflect that??

How feasible would jumping from manager level in consulting to a director of product marketing role be (E.g., PMM roles with a 10 YOE requirement)? I have relevant GTM strategy experience, but no direct experience as a product marketing manager.

Basically wondering if I should jump now for a senior manager product marketing role, or try for director of product marketing in a year. Currently have 7 YOE and an M7 MBA

Would appreciate people thoughts on Alvarez and Marsal private equity performance improvement group. The works sounds interesting on the surface. So thinking of branching out of audit and exploring A&M! Other option is probably an industry role, maybe a director of technical accounting in a public company.

5th year SM here and don’t have much clarity on next level promotion. Recently got an offer from Oracle for Sr. Director role. Is this a step up for a SM or a lateral move? Not sure if I should keep looking or accept the Oracle offer.

Can someone share thoughts on Anthem Strategy Director role? I see it frequently in my LinkedIn feed and seems like these roles have been around for a while. Are they mid level or senior roles? Wlb, pay etc.

Anyone left PA to industry as a new manager? I’m up for promotion this year and have been thinking about leaving and just browsing through job listings. Many job descriptions explain you’ll be the point contact for all external tax preparers and report directly to the director of Tax. Not sure if it’s the imposter syndrome speaking, but I feel under qualified. Is it recommended to stay in PA for at least a year in the M role?

I was in a conversation with some coworkers today about the advertising career ladder. Whether from lack of desire or ability to manage others, not everybody will rise to CD level. Does anyone here want to stay a writer or art director your whole career instead of moving into a management position? And is that even possible without aging out or getting priced out?

Does anyone know the corporate structure/hierarchy at TD Bank? Asking because I see someone who's in a leadership position but the title is only that of a VP whereas I would assume this person to be at least a Director/SVP/Exec Director (since all of these titles essentially means the same at different banks)

Any suggestions for questions to ask a Manager and Director during an interview? It is a healthcare strategy/transformation role. This is the second level interview, so I did ask a few questions during the first interview with the Manager.
