What is a fair sign on bonus for the senior manager position at the big 4 right now?

Hello fishes! Anyone have any insight on the capacity planning role at Amazon? WLB, salary range, challenging work Etc. I have an opportunity for an interview for a senior manager role and want to see if it would be a good move going into supply chain. For reference I have 7 YOE in finance with an MBA and no supply chain background.

Kpmg 🐠, currently interview for a manager role in their supply chain practice. However, based on my YOE, trying to angle for director (SM) role. Is Kpmg usually open to leveling up based on experience? Thanks!

Anyone from Deloitte or any similar big four firm exit to Capital One as a senior manager or a director? I’ve been applying to roles and getting nothing back. Seven years of experience in the cyber security field and two years at a big four. Also just redid my résumé as well. I would love any referrals or a point in the right direction. @Capital One

Interviewed for an SC role at D GPS (5 YOE) first week of November.
Went through the 3 rounds interview (Case/Technical/Behavioral). Couple weeks later recruiter said they liked me but have no project for me yet then set me up for another technical interview with SM which went great. Wondering how much longer would I be interviewing and if this is all a good sign. TYI

Help…got a great offer at a tech company (non-FAANG), know several people on the team and they all swear they do not work more than 40 hours/week. I am pretty much guaranteed to get promoted to SM this year. I am burned out and want WLB but am I shooting myself in the foot by leaving right before I get promoted to SM? I left PA earlier this year for a manager level financial reporting role. It was a lateral move but would’ve been up for senior manager promo in July had I stayed in PA. I was approached with another opportunity as Sr Manager Financial Reporting at a public company for $150k and 20% bonus with a clear path to director in time. 8 YOE and live in FL. I’m trying to get an idea if this is in line with market. TIA!

Startup Corp Dev Comp?

Got an offer for a corporate development role at a pre-ipo startup. Senior manager title but not really meaningful as it’s a startup, essentially I’ll be the only corp dev guy outside of the c-suite.

205k USD cash comp + 115K USD options (net value at current private valuation). IPO likely to happen over the next year.

Wondering if anyone knew a rough TC comp range to expect for a company at this stage? I’m weighing this role vs an IBD VP role (BB).

11 year SM at top tier firm looking to take a SM business Ops and strategic programs role at salesforce- what base salary band should I expect? 250-275?

Can you help with comparison of two offers? 1) Director role at a non-FAANG but large tech firm. TC is ~300k. Good WLB reputation, but the team / role is not ideal, it is helping with value prop and positioning of one of their software for industry clients. Not sales role though. 2) DoorDash senior manager, TC will be 260-280 being negotiated. The role is a new market strategy team so I like, but the culture sounds similar to consulting and stock price trajectory uncertain
