Role - Scrum Master (SM) / Agile Coach (AC)

Not receiving calls for SM or AC even profile is good and have posted in LinkedIn, Naukri, Glasdoor. Known circles are stating that Service based companies in india won't pay more than 30LPA for SM / AC profiles as a reason for not getting calls. Is it true? Any inputs please ?

I left consulting as an M and turned down a promo to SM to exit to industry. My biggest strength is leading teams. I’m really good at it and enjoy mentoring junior colleagues. In my current role, I work super cushy hours and have 0 stress. However, I am an individual contributor and don’t feel like a “rockstar” the way I did in consulting. Do I stay and chill (while being mediocre) or go back to the grind/stress but do something I honestly was pretty damn good at. And make more money.

I’ve an interview with Strategy& - private equity team for senior manager role. The first round is a technical interview. Do you know what it entails?

How bad is it to take a role that is leveled down in title but more money? As in- going from Director to Senior Manager but it’s a 20% increase in base pay?

For those who moved from a client serving role to an internal role in public accounting while at a fairly high level (experienced manager or senior manager), did you take a pay cut or does your pay stay flat when you transition with minimal increases in subsequent years? I’m in the process of making a career transition out of advertising to entertainment. I’m currently at $115k with $10k end of year bonus, $125K total.

The entertainment role is only $110k and the title would remain the same (Senior Manager).

Should I take the title and still being close to my base salary as a win or should I decline the role due to comp?

I am a Manager in Salesforce practice at D and I have 15 YOE and 5 years in Salesforce and at 145k base at D. Is it reasonable to expect a Senior Manager or Director role at pwc or accenture or other top consulting firms with a 30% hike? What do consulting SM's exit to in industry title wise? Director? Senior Director? VP? Which is most comparable?

150k base 10-20k bonus, would 190 base 20-30k bonus be a good exit or wait for more? Maybe stay until senior manager?
