Great WLB, much lower COL for very similar comp, great opportunity for building analytical skillsets

Google, APMM
More product focused, provides great learning opportunities in marketing, better brand name, more exciting industry, but is an entry level role

Can anyone share the interview process for a Senior Associate position? I have a panel interview with two team members but I’m not sure if it’ll be case/behavioral. Already did my recruiter screening.

Is an “Analyst, Senior” position at BAH an A or SC? Analyst, Lead?

We’re hiring a senior accountant at the tech start up I work at. Most of the people applying have financial services or real estate backgrounds… I’m a little worried about those skills translating to a tech company. I was never in FSI so I’m not sure if areas like rev rec, PPE, capitalized software, etc get much exposure. Thoughts on if this type of background could translate well?

What makes more sense for impact, career progression, and ensuring that your background remains competitive over the long term? For data science-related stuff.

Need an advice. YOE is 18 and present role is Program manager and present CTC is 25LPA. CTS is offering Senior manager position but CTC package is yet to be discussed. Alreday have another offer with HCL for 35LPA. How much shall I demand CTS for a counter offer. ?

120 at IBM consulting for senior consultant or 95 at Mck for analyst position? Mck does have a 15-22k performance bonus where as IBM has no bonus. Heard its easier to get promoted at IBM tho.

Currently a senior, working hard to promote Manager in a year/two. Firm wants to submit PERM with EB3 senior position and said no promotion should be taken until getting I140. Only less than 2yrs left on H1B. Getting 140 can take very long and don’t want to delay career progress. Is this even right, why cannot file PERM for a future position? What can I do now? Pls advice!

Senior Accountant role at Sherwin Williams for $95k? Or Senior Consultant role at Protiviti for $95k? Which would you take?

Hi folks, need some advice choosing between offers received from Accenture, Deloitte and Wipro. Role level is similar at senior manager equivalent (similar level as my current role). Accenture and Deloitte offering 20% raise and Wipro about 30% plus they have higher bonus component so pay wise Wipro has highest offer.

Deloitte and Accenture had very long interview process and especially Deloitte which took too long. Slightly confused what will be good for me. I am into technology consulting.

1.5 yrs experience at mid level at a holding company agency, working on accounts that should in theory present a ton of creative opportunity, but for many reasons that is not the case. I have very little produced work and that seems unlikely to change. Am in final rounds of interviews for a senior position at another holding company agency on an account where the work will almost certainly not be “great” but should be able to make a lot of it. Do I make that jump to senior this early?
