1.do I need to inform this now itself or after joining. I am in fear whether they revoke my offer if I say this now.

Unfortunately, my father passed away in covid second wave. Then i realised spending life with family is equally important. I left my job and am looking for a job near or in Delhi. My last employer was godrej & Boyce , designation Asst manager and by background is civil engineering. Please suggest is there any relevant openings available.
