So, I just fired my first employee as a manager and I'm heartbroken. He was a great, great person but after 6 months on a PIP he just wasn't cutting it skills-wise. My PF is the min 1800/month. What difference would it make if I make PF to 12% of basic vs adding a VPF of 12%of basic.I do know that PF% increase will effectively raise my epfo contri to total of 24%(12%employer+12%employee). But are there any other factors that I need to be aware of?

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover
