Looking back on everything they said during the interview process it turns out that the culture, product and role are not aligning with anything we discussed. Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10.
