I would really appreciate some suggestions for roles that I should be applying for. I recently started my MBA though I'm still having trouble landing interviews and think I should be applying for different roles than I have been. My MBA concentration is global business, my BS was in management with a minor in professional writing. I've been working in cosmetics mainly on the customer service side, currently senior support for the CS team and have experience doing CS on social media.

I keep seeing posts that associates at mid-size/biglaw firms don’t get given the opportunity to go to court. Is this true across most larger firms, even if you lateral with some experience?

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system.
