What does everyone wear for client meetings in a WFH setting

I have a direct report who is smart, passionate about her job and can be really innovative. However she carries this enormous weight of responsibility, for needing to do everything, do it right, make sure it's perfect, not trusting colleagues to help. It creates dread and panic and overwhelming workload and a terrible attitude for her and I am speaking with her this week to start to shift her mindset. Any tips in navigating how to let go of this heavy idea of "responsibility"?

Finally had a breakdown over infertility this AM and trying to pull myself together for Zoom. My tests are fine, but husband can’t deliver during my fertile window. I feel so hopeless with every month that goes by, and he doesn’t have any sense of urgency when HE is the one who wants kids more than I do. Just needed to vent.

my sister died this morning. I posted about her in a past post. Alcohol addiction, liver failure and then it taxed the kidneys too much, she went into cardiac arrest at 9 am and they could not save her. She was 51. Sad day for sure. Feels odd that she is no longer here. I just wish she could have had a better future.

I have 8+ years of experience, got offer from Cognizant and LTI for Azure Data Engineer role. Both are offering same package which is 19LPA. Recently got selected in Atos Syntel. Can you suggest which would be better with WLB and job security? How much can I expect from Atos for the same role? My joining date with CTS is by May, Kindly suggest.

Earlier this year I was making $75k as an FA and now $90k as an SFA in OC which is pretty much market value (4yrs exp - 2 in B4).
