Really good. Stay invested and you should see fruits in next 7-10yrs
Can you share at what age when you started investing. I am currently 25. Am i late in generating this kind of corpus before 30 ?
You are not late brother, I started around 27. Now I am planning to buy a flat in Bangalore where I will be using few of corpus. So nobody is late.
Allocation will also depend and change on the basis of your risk tolerance and ability. Given the general allocation, I would not prefer to invest in nps and will rather invest accordingly in debt and equity due to very high lock in and no surity of market upturn when the nps matures
NPS withdrawals can be postponed at maturity.
This is good
Dude, ask a financial advisor. Don't take life such big decisions randomly. Get professional help.
I will try to answer your questions based on whatever info is given:
1) What are your goals in life? do you want to send you children to US for higher education or do you want to be financially independent by age of 45? Everybody's goals are different so it cannot be judged if you are doing poor or great.
2) Just check what is your investment horizon. Good that you have avoided thematic funds. Fund category seems ok. How much in each category?
3) Check your debt service ratio. If its below 30% then go ahead with buying a house. Have you decided to settle in Bangalore?
You may DM for detailed financial planning.
