Any good real estate investing books out there?

Best book about investing for beginners? Looking to share some with my prospects and clients

Very very new to investing and recently liberated from reporting requirements. Any tips on where to start? ETFs? Mutual fund? Individual stocks? Any recs (or even helpful books!) would be great!

I have $160K in retirement accounts (maxing backdoor Roth IRA and Trad 401K each year), $120K in cash/CDs/investments. What else would you recommend for FIRE by 45-50? I’m 25 now, make 200K/year, and would like kids at some point.

Let’s talk about the 30% ruling. I moved last year to the Netherlands and got the 30% tax benefit. Nonetheless, it is valid for only 5 years. What is the recommendation to keep a fair netto salary after the end of the benefit? Are employers in the NL open to renegotiate and compensate the tax difference or should I consider moving to another company or even country?

In my HSA I am holding 4% in ARKG and 4% in PBW (clean energy index). Both are down 50%... looking to consolidate my funds, so I am considering selling them both and allocating the 8% into something like XT? I understand I made those purchases in times of extreme optimism, so that is an F on my part.

My other funds in there are 64% VTI, 16% VXUS, 5% VWO and 7% EMQQ.

Looking to buy, hold, and DCA. Would you swap ARKG/PBW for something like XT?

Planning to buy a condo with my brother (both have other primary residences) and need to figure out the best way to set it up - $280k price and plan is to co-sign the loan and put 20% down & both own the remaining loan. Crypto Account: just opened one with COINBASE and bought a minimal crypto. Can we use COINBASE at Deloitte? I am trying to report but shows restricted? Thoughts?

Some haven’t showered in 10 days, but I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub.

I work 9hrs/day or 45hrs/week avg. I am 33, single. I make 160K TC & have less than 100K total savings/investments. Is it worth to take up a second job which requires 15-20 hours a week and pays 100K TC? Pros: more money. Cons: not much of personal life? Plz give your pointers! Thanks
