I have 5 years of experience in 3D design & operations. I accepted the offer of 10L from Accenture to come on notice period (90 days). Now John Deere is offering 11.5L based upon Accenture office. Having global economic slowdown in consideration shall I take this offer? Accenture John Deere

Start interviewing lol. My previous job I was the top sales executive on the team. My 2 months worth of sales was more than some people’s whole year. But that didn’t matter to the dude. His feedback to me was I was late for work 5-10 minute and he got feedback from some people that saw me making personal calls during work. Now I’m at a way better company with a great manager. I hit my number and he only talk to me once a month
Hard agree. Sometimes, the only way to improve your situation is to move on to bigger and better things (which I know is easier said than done, especially right now).
Use self reflection. “Is this helping me hone my craft?” “What can I do differently on the next opportunity to eliminate the same comment.” Realize that it’s always an opportunity to learn and it’s not just about you, but also how will you provide guidance to others to provide a superior work product.
Everyone can grow, so make the best use of the feedback provided, because it won’t be that way forever. If you are comfortable, ask questions on why a specific detail was important and have a conversation.
Are the critiques to help you, or are these just knit picky comments on how they prefer the work to looks? If it’s not anything that can help progress your career and it’s more so the manager wanting to ding you on performance, run. Run for the hills
I’m on the same boat! Have u spoken to ur manager? I spoke with mine and she said let me figure it out before u quit
Over communicate with your boss. Go out of your way to find something you like about them. Schedule some face to face event where you aren't discussing work and spend some time just being a normal human being with them. This will help. Also- make sure you are doing what you are supposed to be doing and have your calendar planned out a month ahead. Share your calendar with your boss.
Hope this helps!
These are good tips. I recommend following them.
Make sure other team leads recognize the work you're doing
