I used to work at Gartner (India) in 2018 and one day found this at the printer. Shows the bands at Gartner & quiet some difference in salaries for people at the same level/designation. The ones earning 30-40 lakhs per annum are IIT/IIM folks, with same years of work experience as non IIT/IIM folks - really disgusting to be honest! Point is, negotiate well if you are joining Gartner India as the company has a lot of money to give.

Great point, going to get it thank you
Look up ergonomic vertical mouse. Game changer.
The book “Pain Free” by Pete Egoscue has changed my life. Sorry to sound like an infomercial. The book looks very dated, but it’s the best. I think there may be some versions that specifically address computer-related issues, but I just use the main book.
Second this. This book is a perfect height to put your laptop on.
Microsoft has a cool ergonomic mouse
Bought this for $15 CAD while I wait for my work to approve expensing a higher quality wireless one like the Logitech. It's been a godsend - reduces nerve strain by putting your hand in a neutral position and forces you to move the mouse with your arm instead of your wrist. Was recently getting sharp pain after 30 mins to an hour of mouse usage, now I can go a full day with no problems. https://www.amazon.com/Ergonomic-Vertical-Adjustable-Removable-Grey-M618BU/dp/B07GGSYVJP#aw-udpv3-customer-reviews_feature_div
