Drink decaf coffee or tea.
Seconded. I'll drink coffee in the morning and then switch to decaff for the afternoon to trick the ole' stupid brain into thinking I'm still getting my fix.
Started putting more milk and less espresso, then switched to decaf, then strong teas (e.g. hojicha, oolong), then less caffeinated teas. worked for me - now i’m only a tea drinker!
strength is relative buddy
I switched to tea. I hated how I had bad withdrawals on days I didn’t have coffee. I start with Assam or breakfast tea in the morning. Green teas in the afternoon. Detox tea in the evening.

I had a big caffeine problem in college. I quit coffee cold turkey right after my internship, threw out all my coffee and soda, and didn't have a drop for about a month.
I eased back into it with decaf and now that's all I drink, 1 cup most days but don't miss it if I don't have it.
You could always become a mormon 😂 but if not that, switch to orange juice
I will accept what you say about “them” ;)
I’ve heard good things about organify which is full of natural supplements including matcha. Haven’t completely stopped drinking coffee ( love my morning coffee) but thinking about it for the longterm health benefits.
I'm guessing you're using coffee as a mechanism to get time away from your desk.
Tea (hot and cold) are great alternatives, but you're not addressing the root cause of my guess is correct.
If I'm correct then exercising before / during / after work is required, and drink water while doing it.
I use to drink up to between 8 and 16 cups of coffee a day. This is how i cut down to between 2 and 4 cups of coffee per day.
It took me many years to get to that level so yes. Was highly stressed at the time.

On the casual “grab a cup to stand up and get a break” moments, get a glass of water to bring back to your desk instead. Especially late morning or afternoons. I find that brings my coffee consumption way down.
coffee is perfectly fine to drink in excess.
Decaf baby!
switch to tea and take caffeine pills lol
