Comes in waves for me. What’s helped me is to recognize it early, try to pinpoint what may have triggered it, then reframe the way I think about it til I can get past it. Doesn’t always help, but I’ve found it keeps me from the lowest of lows where you’re literally just stuck. Rooting for you, life is just a long strange trip ✌🏽
I have this problem. I’ll think “I’m a pos” and like bad things about myself. My therapist told me yesterday to recognize when I’m saying this to myself and instead change to say “I’m really struggling” and then tell myself what I’d tell a friend if she was talking negatively about herself. It’s a constant battle though, so I hear you! Talking about it is the right thing!
