Looking to see how much other Provider Enrollment Specialist make including what their company's invests in their 401K

If you had $200k cash, would you drop in the stock market or buy an investment property?

Company offers 200% match on the first 3% of 401k contributions, vested immediately. How is that relative to other firms?

My company allows contributions to both traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (post-tax) 401k. Is it better to split my contributions between the two? For example, I could contribute 3% to Roth and 3% to traditional (my employer matches up to 6% total but that can only goes to traditional)

$8k in debt (All credit card. No mortgage currently, but looking to buy. Car and student loans are paid off.)

I’m planning on getting my real estate license this spring! My biggest hesitation is that I currently live downtown Chicago and do not own a car. I really do not want to buy or lease a car as the area I live in requires a garage spot to park. Is it realistic to believe that I can be a real estate agent in Chicago if I rely on Uber/CTA?!

Robinhood is going to be the patsy in this one. The funds will continue to be fine.

I have a small creative agency that I have built over the last 4 years. It’s been a rollercoaster when it comes to revenue, making it hard to predict finances & pay myself consistently. This year has been particularly financially stressful.

The thought of closing hurts my heart and my pride and can feel like wasted time. But financial stability vs time freedom is rough.

1. Is it wise to take 2 plans of term insurance one with return of 60 years and another without return of 80 years of each 1cr.

Is it just me or do 90% of the jobs being laid off by big tech sound made up? Many job descriptions with multiple bullet points that all kinda revolve around the same idea. One of my buddies works for a big IT company and literally just sits on meetings all day. No one really contributing to anything other than agreeing to whatever the speaker is saying. Are these kind of jobs finally being exposed? Six figure employees getting paid to sit and bounce ideas off each other?
