Your strength is the portfolio that landed you the interview. Just be yourself. An interview just shows the CD that you're not a crazy person and that you won't drive them or their team insane at 10pm.
Don't interrupt the interviewer. That's the single most annoying thing. I usually give them pass because the candidate is nervous but try to be cognizant of that
What SC1 said. Be prepared with a few talking points, IF they happen to come up (strengths, process, elevator pitch of who you are and what you've done, what you're looking for, why you're leaving current company, etc.). But be conversational, let them ask you what they want to know. If by the end there's something you really want them to know (that they haven't already seen on your resume and book), try to twist it in.
There are ways to casually bring up your strengths in response to their needs.
