Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

honestly, love KPMG.
Love KPMG, yes we get a lot of smack everywhere but fact is we win cool work, we have a fun culture and work life balance ain't that bad. Comp is ok -- probably an area that needs work.
Strategy is hiring!
Most people just rotate firm to firm when one gives you a bad taste
Everyone I know at kpmg loves it, EY is good to its people but extremely audit focused
I love Deloitte
Because most want to leave PwC. Also, if you haven't noticed, I work there already.
OW is hiring (especially for experienced FS roles), pays well, and has been on rapid growth trajectory the last few years. Business is still kind of pockets of interesting work (eg ceo-level growth strategy) mixed with a lot of large implementation support type projects, so individual experience will vary but I've had great luck here, been promoted quickly, and compensated well.
I'm enjoying ACN. But based on recent FB posts looks like KPMG or EY is the move to make
EY is good and decent work life balance, but might not have the most interesting work (unless u r in TAS, but then u work ur butt off )
I like ACN strat. We do interesting work, ok work life, fair market comp. But everyone's experience will vary at every firm
I love the small EY practice I'm in. Unique engagements, great client exposure (c-suite), flexible boss and enjoyable coworkers. The pay could be bumped up, but when can't it. I've never considered jumping Big 4 ships.
Pwc2 low but they have a job. To soon?
Deloitte sucks
@acc2 keep in mind that Kpmg pays below market...Deloitte gets shit on a lot here, but it's a higher talent pool with higher pay, so not really equal.
People at Deloitte have classmates at McKinsey and that's who they compare to. KPMG employees for the most part do not (based on target schools) so you get a bit of a skewed sample here
Agreed with KPMG3; I wouldn't say "underpaid"... work/life balance makes it worth it
First year analyst at ACN and I like it so far. Getting good client exposure and opportunities to lead. Comp is fair and the network in NYC is great. But then again I think this all depends on 'your experience' as there is tremendous variation. Also, though I like my current project, I have heard of individuals being pigeon-holed to specific lines of work and having to go so far as 'quit' to get off their project
I think ACN is great, bonuses suck so you'll still deal with that. Company is doing well so I expect this year raises will be solid again (8-10% for non promo)
OW1, I am a very seasoned (but young) FS professional. Don't know anyone at ow anymore, would love a referral
