In my experience that’s what happened to me, but I’ve just switched over to IF and i honestly like it much better than keto
I think that’s great. I never count carbs or measure ketones, and I don’t think it’s necessary to do so, except in the beginning. I also don’t think it’s necessary to be in keto 100% of the time. If your body is fat adapted, and you are periodically going into ketosis, you’re getting most of the benefits anyway
Cont'd: I love eating plant based - which is usually too high carb
If I lose the weight on keto, will I gain it all back once I start eating fruits, hc veggies, oats, and legumes again? Or can I use keto as a kickstarter?

You will gain at least some of it back, depending on your carbohydrate tolerance, plus 3-4lb of water. Those foods aren’t very healthy, sorry
It’s vegetable oils. Excess carbohydrate plus oxidation-prone omega 6 PUFA are synergistic
