Do I need a secret or top-secret clearance to get a job in cyber?

Life / Career Advice: I applied to medical school since my MCAT score was set to expire, ended up getting into 1 program. I also have an opp to join a well funded/well established Healthtech Startup (6 figure salary w/ equity + benefits) as a BD professional. I enjoy the business side of things and am unsure if I would end up practicing Medicine (medicine is also a long arduous path). At the same time, having an MD holds a lot of clout/authority in HC. Any thoughts on what I should do?

I have 3+ years of experience out which half in consulting and half in managerial role in corporate.

Would you take such an offer or would you look for better seniority at another consulting ? Is it a fair treatment?

Between selling in retail banking environment and every month of insurance sales regularly pacing 200% or over to goal. I am in a tech IC position. One of friends switched to FAANG by converting the profile to consultant profile. The friend who might have less tech knowledge than me is now in FAANG and earning more. If the end goal would be that the friend might one day be a product manager and me an engineering manager taking instructions from the same friend, isn't consultant profile an easier path to growth. I had been practising DSA for years and the competition is only ever growing.
