Does anyone know how long it takes for Guidehouse to respond back after a second interview for associate director position? I’ve had an interview with a director, then a second interview with an AD and managing consultant. The interviews seemed to go well. They said it’ll be a good fit. But haven’t heard back from the HR recruiter.

Reorgs are just a part of the corporate world. If you haven’t been a part of one in your career yet, then you most likely haven’t been in the corporate workforce for very long. If you have been a part of a reorg, however, how do you personally approach it?
