Nope. It's always going to be about the bottom line. There have been some instances where companies relax their quotas when they realize that their employees just can't realistically meet them, but that's super rare. "If you can't do it then we'll find someone who can" is usually the mentality and it's so terrible. You're not the only one who feels that way. Good luck.
How many chances do you get of not hitting quota before you’re in trouble? (Maybe a general question for all)
I thought most SE positions are on a geographic/region based quota?
Don’t you have a compensation plan? That is supposed to be a yearly comp plan. That is a huge red flag if they keep changing quota so you don’t hit accelerators
I have never come across a company that has done that
