So I have a moral dilemma. I requested a raise a month ago. It was finally approved. Within the last month they’ve offered 3 others counter offers AFTER I requested my raise. In that time I was interviewing elsewhere. The job I want is about $5-7k more than my raise request, but the benefits and bonuses are significantly better. Is it frowned upon to get a raise and then leave 3-4 weeks later? I don’t feel valued knowing others got a raise after I asked, and much quicker (less than a week).

I am earning a good salary,1.5 lacs per month, age 27,single. switched-D-McKinsey.
Although the working hours are bit more but I am learning new avenues. I switched 6 months back. I first felt, I will take some time to settle down but till date I feel that I have lost something precious by leaving my last job.

Still I am not satisfied, always over-think, would it have been good if I stayed in my last company (less pay, less work), I would be happier and satisfied. Anyone feels the same?
