I feel you. I’m dreading it too. Like anything else that is anxiety-inducing, repeated exposure helps.
Thanks for sharing this CD. Maybe it helps to know that many of us will be socially rusty as we return. Let’s remember to create a safe place to laugh about our shortcomings, forgive ourselves, and others for imperfections, and give ourselves time to adjust. Maybe remember to have at least one thing go your way to feel grounded? Maybe carry a small object that helps, your favorite drink in hand, or something that helps you feel confident?

I don’t feel socially anxious - which is weird because I usually do - I just don’t want to go back to an office. I don’t want to live in a cage unnecessarily. I was barely in the office when that was supposed to be a thing, it’s distracting and pointless. I don’t want to go sit somewhere just because again.
