Hi Fishes, I have received an offer from Barclays for AVP position. But the role discussed during interview was for Tech Delivery Manager whereas the offer letter mentions it as Tech Delivery Lead. Can you guys please suggest if it is the same role or should I request recruiter to get the role updated? Moreover it would be great if any of you can shed some light on the prospects/challenges of this role based on your experiences. Barclays Barclays global service center

Remember the three C’s - Cool, Calm and Collected. Replaced the anxious and nervous feeling for excitement they both carry the same traits as in your heart racing, palms sweaty, jitters and etc. replace the negative with a positive because if you don’t apply yourself early you will for sure regret it in the future. Yes it’s easier said than done but how will it be easier said if you don’t get it done?
Take a deep breath listen to Jazz before your interview and smooth jazz playlist and I wish you luck on your interview you got this
If you are applying for an entry level job, Then it is perfectly okay to tell the interviewer that you are nervous. Try something like “apologies I am little nervous but I am really passionate about INSERT SOMETHING” could be customer service or working with the general public as you love people. Try to mention things you have learned during your time at Greggs. I would recommend looking up “tell me about a time when” questions as these often come up. Don’t be afraid of the silence once you have finished answering the question, interviewers often stay silent incase you haven’t finished talking. That 5 seconds can feel very long but there’s no need to keep adding “and this ….” Be confident in your answers. Wish you the best of luck.
There is one person rooting for you.
Don't be nervous! I'm 16 and I'm still searching for a job that'll either train me, or accept the no experience thing. 😬
Not looking good. More ignores and rejection than anything.
Best of luck to you.
Here’s what I tell my 17year old when she’s applying for Jobs. Don’t think over think it! Half the time interviewers just want to see the professional side of you and the real authentic you! treat it as if your netting someone for the first time and you want to give them a good impression of who you actually are as a person and the good qualities you provide to their services they offer! People are just people with titles you don’t have to over think it! My daughter also has Anxiety and suffers from depression spells here and there! So I tell her “As long as your being true to yourself and answering the questions with professionalism and authenticity, there’s no need to be anxious! It’s just like going to school and being in a classroom for the first time!

Relax and show your personality😊
Before your interview, do not, DO NOT listen to music for it doesn't calm nerves or increase confidence, being yourself does and ensure that you are composed and put your best self forward. That's what's led to jobs opening up for me so In Shaa Allaah God Almighty Willing you will get the job and if not better to come
PMA positive mental attitude just be yourself you will smash it Good Luck
Apply to agencies, application process is much easier, they pay better and take people with younger age as well:)
How did your interview go?

Just be yourself, tell them about a funny thing that happened to you at Greggs, then you're a winner 🏆
