Thinking about switching in house jobs from one bank to another. Current job is great for work life balance but no promotion prospects and pay is below market. New job offers a better title and better pay but work life balance is a bit of an unknown. What kind of questions would you pose to the new employer/team when trying to ascertain what work life balance awaits? Any tips of setting boundaries early on without inviting judgment? I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. Currently a Wealth Advisor for Citi but I honestly hate it here with a passion it’s the worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life and I’ve been in Wealth Management in the banking channel for over a decade.
