Public courses in NYC area?
Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

I don't have experience with something like this, but I love that you're focusing your energy on this. The world needs more people who think and work like you. It's important to remember that, from a business standpoint, this will create a positive impact - directly from the employees and prospects with disabilities who feel valued AND indirectly from other people and companies who can learn from your example.
This is equity and inclusion. Start with the market size, how many people are impacted by the proposed solution? Identity the problem: what you are solving and how your solution is a benefit to the customer AND the company (show them the money). Who is serving these customers today (the competition who has a product your company does not). Demonstrate that the solution creates a value and revenue stream, then connect the dots to inclusion, equity, and compliance (leave that for last - exposure or a lawsuit often creates concern and you want leadership to act from a position of interest not fear).
Accessibility and disability inclusion company wide audit, provides comprehensive review, collaboration with all teams and comes with set metrics for improvement each year, could be disability equity index or VPAT
Also, making a product work for those with disabilities often means it works better for everyone. For example, jacuzzis started to treat rheumatoid arthritis, and OXO to help those with hand arthritis.
